What an incredible blogpost! It amazes me to see an ethnic group who still requires consent from their family to pursue things that will develop their future. This journey you’ve taken continues to wow me whenever I read your posts. I’ve loved being a student in your classroom Tim!!

In Laos, parents must be so respected to always be looked up to, for approval, by these students. You portrayed an inspiring message about the thirst for knowledge and how it can be attained.

What amazing people you are meeting and have met. They live their lives to the fullest and value EVERYTHING! We take so much for granted here in the United States! I am wondering what it will be like to enter a typical classroom here after your experience Tim!!!!

Very hard lives and very hard working students- just catching up with your blogs. Hope you get some family time in before you go back to school. We do not realize how lucky we are and truly blessed in this country no matter the many problems we face each day. I have enjoyed your informative blogs and travels, Tim , but I am glad you’re home wherever you have landed 🙂 LInda.
